What makes your fabrics unique?

Our products are a radical departure from the accepted norm involving yarn structure, fabric construction plus a decidedly different run process in wet processing.

What are your fabrics made of?

Our fabrics are made from 100% polyester yarn. This allows for the production of products that do not pick or fade, experience markedly low shrinkage, resist staining, and take less time to dry.

Are your products FDA-certified?

The FDA granted Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc. 510(k) approvals for our Class 2 medical devices (1 and 2 ply wrappers and surgeon’s towel) in 2010.

Are your products certified in Europe?

The sterilization wrap is also registered in Europe as a Class I Sterile Barrier System with the MHRA, can be labeled with the CE Mark and marketed in the EU.

Where are your products made?

All Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc’s products are manufactured, cut and sewn in the USA at our 43,000 square foot plant located in Wilkesboro, NC.

What sizes and color options do you offer for your Scrubs and Warm-Up Jackets?

We offer sizes from XS to 6X and we also have nine different color options.

Q:
Can your products be sanitized with Chlorine Bleach in the wash?

All of our 100% Infused Polyester products can be washed in hot water with bleach in a Commercial Laundry or Onsite Laundry setting and they will retain their color.

What other services do you offer?

In addition to our existing line of products we also offer customization (embroidery & heat transfer graphics), private labeling, contract cutting and sewing (CMT), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and proto-typing services for new product introductions.

How long do your products last?

Our scrubs and sheets last longer than anything currently on the market. Our sheets and scrubs have been tested and used in excess of 250 turns in a Commercial Laundry setting. Most Poly/Cotton sheets last 25 to 30 turns in a Commercial Laundry setting.
