Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc. is an innovative, environmentally conscious textile manufacturer focused on cost containment for the Healthcare market. Over the past 9 years, we have developed a revolutionary process for products made from 100% polyester yarn. Our unique Infused® and TransformedPolyester™ processes are a radical departure from the accepted norm involving yarn structure, fabric construction plus a decidedly different run process in wet processing. “Infused”® products are low-lint, do not pill or pick, do not fade, experience very little shrinkage, resist staining, take 60% less time to dry, feel more like natural fibers than synthetic and look and feel like new even after two years of use in harsh hospital settings. The FDA granted Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc. 510(k) approvals for our Class 2 medical devices (1 and 2 ply wrappers and surgeon’s towel) in 2010. All Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc’s products are manufactured, cut and sewn in the USA at our 43,000 square foot plant located in Wilkesboro, NC.
